Create and manage cases

Create a case

From a dog record:

1. Select New case.
2. Complete case intake fields.
3. Save the case.

The intake flow includes core presenting complaint and history/lifestyle context so each case starts with structured baseline data.

Edit case details

Open a case and select Edit to update status, notes, and other intake values as treatment progresses.

Case-level navigation

Each case acts as the parent record for sessions and vet reports. Use the case page to:

• Review current case context
• Start a new session
• Open past session entries
