Organisation onboarding

Create your organisation

After first sign-in, if no active organisation exists, you are directed to onboarding.

1. Enter your organisation details.
2. Submit the onboarding form.
3. You are added as the initial organisation member.
4. The new organisation becomes your active organisation.

Switch active organisation

If you are a member of multiple organisations, use the organisation switcher to make one organisation active.

Your active organisation controls which clients, dogs, cases, sessions, and settings you can access.

Access and permissions

If you try to open an organisation where you are not a member, access is blocked and you are redirected.
