Create and manage cases

Create a case

From a dog record:

1. Select Create case.
2. The app creates a minimal open case and takes you straight to the case edit screen.
3. Complete or update the intake fields, then save the case.

The edit flow includes core presenting complaint and history/lifestyle context so each case can be completed with structured baseline data.

Edit case details

Open a case and select Edit to update status, notes, and other intake values as treatment progresses.

Case-level navigation

Each case acts as the parent record for sessions and vet reports. Use the case page to:

• Review current case context
• Start a new session
• Open past session entries
